| A stunning day in Olympia gives one a spectacular view of the Olympic's from the Washington State Law Enforcement Memorial on the Capitol Campus. Now imagine five and seven story buildings, 90 feet high, filling this landscape. This is the area currently under review by the City of Olympia Planning Commission in response to an Urban Waterfront Rezone and Height Amendment application by Triway Enterprises. Triway proposes to rezone its property to build retail shops and 141 condos ranging in price from $800,000 - $1 million each. This area is immediately in the area as you come into downtown off the 4th and 5th Avenue bridges. Our city council could vote on this proposal in the fall.
